Hi Alfisti!
I have a set of Koni Sport and som stiff linear lowered springs
on my serie 3 16V.
The stiffness of the Konis are "straight from the box".
Any tips? What adjustment should I use? What works well
for sporty driving?

Hi!
I have front koni's on OMP lowered springs. The springs are very stiff. I've put the koni's on about 3/4 turn. They go about 1 1/2 turn. I'm planing to add 1/4 turn because the spring returns too quick and the car jumps a bit.
If you have rear koni's too then tweak them a bit more then the front if you want to reduce understeer.

Hei Stian!
I run my Koni's with "straight out of the box" adjustment.
I am happy with that at the moment. But I have heard that there are two principal that says "soft shocks and stiff spring" or "soft springs and stiff shocks". But I guess it depends on what you think is soft or stiff...

I have originals on the front, konis yellow (if that means anything) on the the rear.
Stupid ass prior owner cut the springs to make it lower!!???? They don't know how a suspension springs works i guess.
weird thing is, it handles better than any car I ever owned. Handles like it's on rails
Previous cars....86 BMW 3 series e (us), 86Mercedes 300E (us), 1976 alfetta (NZ)on sport konis would have given it a run for it's money.

Hei Ketil!
Today I adjusted my front and back shocks to the
"medium" settings. The car feels more bumpier
on bad surfaces but handles much better in corners
on good surfaces, I think. 
My springs are some hardcore OMP stuff that is really stiff.
