about the new Alfa V6 .......have anybody allready see them???? where are the chrome thing????
all now is plastik why.......loocks like a opel
thats a ugly engine now.....but ists nicer than the others (VW.....)

Well, actually it doesn't have that much in common with today's Opel engines. It is an alloy block with wet cylinder liners, just like the Alfa V6 we know. Anyone know the angle of the cylinders? If it is 60 then we can almost call it an Alfa engine I agree, they should have kept the chrome intake runners!
Anyway, I don't care. I just bought myself a 1993 164 QV 24V with the proper V6 a couple of weeks ago. Drove it all the way from Switzerland to Finland since we don't get that model here. They only imported the Supers in those days. It runs fine but the only problem now is that it won't pass the emission test with CO=5% and HC=190 During Easter I will take look and see what can be done..
