Hi all,

I am considering putting a 33 1.7 16V into another vehicle.

I did a search but could not find any external measurements.

Could someone please give me the following dimensions:

1=length from gearbox mating flange to crank pulley

2=Width of widest point (across plastic cam covers?)

3=Height from sump bottom to top of injection setup

4=Distance from crank centerline to bottom of sump

I would much appreciate even rough measurements

Next week i will put an 16v out of the car, then i can give you the measurements you want.

Hi Manuel,
that would be great if you could get the measurements, I am not in a hurry.
There just are'nt too many around to go and take measurements from anymore.

~820mm

3=Height from sump bottom to top of injection setup

~240mm to the top of the rubberconnections

4=Distance from crank centerline to bottom of sump

~220mm

just had a look round my car with a tape measure and they seem to be about the right sizes.
