theres a slight grumbling noise coming from te left head been told its manny things cams was the last thing just make sure you find out when cam belt was changed last

damm... i'm portuguese and i don't know the correct names but i'll try.
been told it could be the valves tuning or a knuckle (google translation...).
don't think it's a cam belt, the guy i bought it from said it was new
