All was going to well........Recently on starting for the 1st time in the mornings the car starts fine but idles really lumpy,and any attempt to press the accelerator pedal the car cuts out, but will restart easy enough,this happens for a while but then will eventually start normally and run fine,,any ideas before i start fiddling about????

I suggest maybe knackered HT leads (or bad connections at the ends?)

Air leak

Idle reservoir blocked?!?!?! Try removing the electrical connection and see if that helps

check the afm connector and the cold start sensor after ht leads aswell

Cheers Bob and Al,
The leads apperar fine,and have cleaned and checked everything else and all appears ok,but there was a lot of 'mayo' in the smaller of the pipe that goes from the bottom of the oilo cap to the air filter lot,,,,hope that has cured it!,,,,,,,,many thanks again Matt
