I used to go to Alfa Aid for servicing and often used to talk to Adrain about his lovely green Zender bodykitted 33 turbo with 17" Momo Arrows. It never seemed to be running properly and last time I saw it, it was in the workshop looking dusty and had no interior.
Aidrian told me that he couldn't get it to run properly and it was going to be sent to AH Motorsports to be sorted.

Anyone know what happened to this car?? (I think the original reg was J54MLP, then it got changed to MAD something or other)

I don’t know, I should have asked the other day when I called up Alfa aid after 1 & 3 HT leads.
It’s probably blown up as I’ve heard that they don’t last very long. Very fast off the line round a race track for about 4 laps then slows quickly.

Just read an article in Auto Italia about a turbo33 raced by a guy called Andy Millar, anybody seen it? 280BHP (was 320) and the motor seems to be ok but the transmission gives trouble because even though it has Quaiffe internals, having to run the standard casing is the weak link.
Regards Eddie

Hey rich b, I spoke to Adrian yesterday and asked
"Do you still have your turbo'd 33?"
Yes it’s sitting rusting away with no interior, but I have a 16v interior for it.
"Would you sell it?”
Make me an offer.
“Would it be ok to say it’s for sale on Alfa Pages?”
Yes sure.

So… call him and make an offer Laughing

Well I know this car very well, I nicked the interior, Adie J tried to sell me this car last year but its a real heap and has a lot of rust and dings in the body work, Adie H (ahm) doesn't want to touch the car as its needs more work and development just so the thing will run right ( its broke 3 g/boxes in less than 1 year) and he doesn't specialize in turbo cars , and adie j (alfa aid) wanted 3k for it last year definatly not worth that in its current condition, I think if you have the time and knowledge and a lot of eve/weekends free then offer £750.00p oh and a deep wallet. Shocked . If anyone wants pics pm me your email address and next time I see adie h i will take some.
