Big bore, std design, exhaust manifold with flanges to suit 16V. Previously modified from 8V. Easy conversion back.
Not in its spring of youth but got a few years left in it yet.
One repair done on one leg by me.
For sale as it wont fit around inboard vented discs Crying or Very sad .
Can be in Bristol area next week.

hey rsfruitbat
i assume that are you refering to the 4 into 2 into 1 design for no cat, when you say big bore, was the 8v bore larger that the standard 16v bore?? I know the 1.7 8v bore flared out after the room for the bolts, but that flair is only as large as a standard 16v isnt it???

This is the 4:2:1 design.
Currently it has about 2" of 16V primary pipe which is 38mm bore, bigger than the 8 valve?
The rest of the primary length is bigger at about 42mm?
Secondaries are about 48mm and the outlet pipe is 60mm?
I can confirm all these sizes if some one is really interested.

This is suitable for installation in a Sud, Sprint or 33. Manifold should clear std inboard discs.
It has boss for lambda probe fitted.
On 16V hole dia out of head is 37mm
This has about 2" of 38mm bore then goes up to 48mm for rest of primary.
Secondary pipe is 52mm bore.
Final exhaust bore is 61mm bore.
Joint is currently sleeved down to 54mm.
Hope this helps
