He says they are for 905 cars, but these are up to 1989 and I didn't think they had hydraulic tappets.

I believe 1989 onwards, with hydraulic tappets, is 907.

Can someone please tell me definitely that these are suitable for a 1993 Imola (1.4) engine?

ZeNiTh-PbArM has informed me that these also fit all series 907 engines, except 16 valve.
