Hi Paul,
I have an Alfa 33 that I am selling on the internet (on the ebay and pistonheads websites). I got the car from someone you might know - Harold Howe from Middridge in Co Durham, who recommended that I drop you a line. I started to restore the car, but now find that I haven't got the time to finish. I would ideally like it to go to an enthusiast who could either finish off the restoration, or at least ensure that it would be broken to keep other classic 33's on the road, as there are many good parts on it (body and interior are near immaculate!).
Anyway, if you are interested, or know anyone who is, then please get back to me, as I am a classic Itallian fan, and want it to go where it will be appreciated.
Regards, Jan
Hi Paul,
It is with regret that I have to inform you that my limited restoration of my 33 1.5ie has failed. After considerable work on the front bulkhead and areas around the floor plugs, significant deterioration at the rear of the floor pan adjoining the rear valance, we had to’ call it a day’.
The car has been put on E Bay. If you or Alex are interested let nosher know. You will receive an update from: nosher2003@aol.com
He’s a good guy and did more than his best to succeed.
In the meantime let me know if anything interesting comes up.
I would have liked to attend the York function the venue is local to me; however other commitments force me to miss it.
Best regards, Harold _________________ Owner's Club 33 Registrar. Now from P4 & S2 1.7 QV

Hi Paul,
Would you have someone in mind for the car straight away, as I have it on ebay at present, and it will finish in two days time (Thursday). Looks like it will be going cheap - so cheap that I'm worried it might just be instantly scrapped. If you know of an enthusiast willing to save it before thursday, that would be good - just like to hope it would be restored.
Anyway, thanks for getting back to me, Jan _________________ Owner's Club 33 Registrar. Now from P4 & S2 1.7 QV
