I had a phonecall today from a very nice young man informing me
that I had won a prize in a competition.
Being over fifty now I didn't even remember entering it.
Anyway myself and a guest are going to the goodwood festival of speed
on I think one of the preview days and will get to drive the new Giulietta
up the hillclimb

Nice one, Paul had some tickets a couple of years ago and kindly invited me. An excellent day and my first time hearing a F1 car.
After seeing what it was like on the Saturday and Sunday I am glad we went on the Friday as the other days were just too busy

But will you get locked in a room until you agree to 'buy' a Giulietta for 2 weeks of the year on a timeshare? 
Been every friday for years- great day out.

They can try but they will soon find out that getting money out of me is like getting blood from a stone...not that Im tight you understand
