hi

has anyone used decarbon shocks in 33? they are four times cheaper than "popular" ones and i wonder if they are worth buying...

Come on someone - has anyone tried them if they're that cheap - are they any good?

The give away is in the price.

Whilst I agree Alfa shocks (original or aftermarket) are overpriced, they are all very similarly priced. Anything incredibly cheaper is likely to be:

1) Second Hand
2) Mis quoted
3) For a different car
4)Shite

Personally I am of the opinion that it is worth doing a job properly, and only doing it once. If these shocks are for the correct car, and the Geeza in the shop hasn't misquoted you, they aren't second hand etc, I still would guess they won't last as long as a Koni with a lifetime warranty.
