Adjusting the idle RPM????

Hi, I have Alfa 33 1.5 IE (94')..
The RPM(in neutral gear) are always on 600'..
but the car runs OK. do I need to adjust the RPM at 850'(like in manual) and how to do it ???
Please help...
I have fitted K&N panel filter,Squadra-chip, and always putting Octane booster(Liqui Moly) in it.
