exhaust manifold upgrade ?????

I have 33 1.5.i.e.(serie 3)
I would like to put exhaust manifold from Alfa 33 1.7 instead my original 33 1.5 i.e. Idea
is this usefull(more BHP???) or not worth it...
And would I expirience problems with engine....
I need more torque!!..
Or sport box exhaust is a better choise???

I already have Catalisator box out...
And also chip from Squadra, K&N too(panel)
Some opinions or expririence???

Hi there,
i have herd that it does help,because the engine can breath abit better,plus if you need a manifold i have one,it just need's the joint wielding where the manifold joins the exhaust.let me know if your interested.
