I have finally got around to removing the engine and gearbox from my crashed P4 that has been sitting on the drive since July 2003. The engine had done 98,000 miles prior to the crash and was in good order. The gearbox was also in good condition apart from the usual slight wear to 2nd gear syncro as with most 33, sprint and sud gearboxes at that mileage! There was also a new clutch fitted about 3000 miles prior to the crash.
The engine is for sale for £140 and the gearbox/clutch for £100..or I am open to offers.
I also have a set of split rim style (late 33) alloy wheels in tatty condition going free or else the scrapman can take them next week when he comes to remove the remaining bodyshell of my P4. I have not yet removed the rear axle from the car but if anyone is interested it has been reconditioned with new bearings and seals and I would want £50 for it. If no one is interested it can stay on the car to be scrapped.
I also have the following bits which I need to clear:-
Momo wooden steering wheel (as fitted to late 33 Turismos) - £30
OMP SPORTS backbox for standard 33 mk2/3 - £30
ECU 4x4 from my P4 for £20
P4 front struts and springs with new strut bearings £20 the pair
Various door trim bits and interior trim (no recaro)
P4 rear badge 'Permanent 4' in v.good condition for £12
Lots of other bits..just ask.

I do want the struts and the rear axle. Possibly the viscous coupling if you have that.

I have already got someone who is having the engine and gearbox and unfortunately the remains of the car went off to the scrappy to be crushed yesterday...with the fuel tank still attached!! Sorry.
