Sadly, you aren't the only one. Even though I just gave my gearbox a complete overhaul, short of replacing the gears themselves, it's still very crunchy in reverse. This is because there are no synchronizing rings for rev. Mad

ive bin told it mite be all the rubbers on the linkage need replacing could this b why i struggle to get her in

Hmm, I haven't seen your gearbox linkage, so I wouldn't know how bad it is. Mine was just a little dried out, so we cleaned and lubricated it before reassembly.

Sometimes it goes, sometimes it don't. Back to nuetral and just partially select 2nd and then reverse. The same applies to 1st if it is being difficult.
